There are two different version for selection: Short Arm & Long Arm, the difference is its arm length, the short arm version with arm length of 90mm, the long arm version with arm length of 240mm. For long arm version, removing the extended arm it will function as short arm.

VESA:
When we refer to VESA sizes we are referring to the standard used to measure the hole pattern on the back of your Display.
If you do know your VESA pattern you can simply measure the distance side to side and top to bottom on your display. The distance in millimeters is the Vesa Hole Pattern.
